Ahaadeeth on Etiquettes - Part 3


 بـسـم الله والحـمـد لله والـصلاة والـسـلام عــلى رسـول الله، وبـعـد

Based on the work of the noble Shaikh al-Albaanee رحمه الله“Silsilatu al-Ahaadeeth al-Saheehah”

16) From Mu`aadh bin Jabal رضي الله عنه that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sent him to a people, so he said to him صلى الله عليه وسلم: “O Messenger of Allaah! Advise me!” The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Spread the salaam, and offer food, and be shy from Allaah as you would be shy from a man from your family, and follow up an evil deed with a good one, and perfect your manners as much as you can.”

[al-Bazzaar (2172) and graded as “Saheeh” by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Saheehah (3559)]


17) Narrated `Abdullaah bin `Amr رضي الله عنهما: A man asked the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم: “What Islaamic traits are the best?” The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Feed the people, and greet those whom you know and those whom you do not know.”

[Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (11, 27) and Saheeh Muslim (59)]


18) From Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه in marfoo` from that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “The best of deeds is that you make your believing brother happy or that you pay off his debt or that you should feed him bread.”

[Ibn Abi al-Dunyaa (1/98), al-Dailamee (1/1/123) and graded as “Hasan” by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Saheehah (1494)]


19) From `Abdullaah bin `Amr رضي الله عنهما in marfoo` form that: “The best charity is that you reconcile between two people.”

[Al-Bazzaar (2059), al-Bukhaaree in “al-Taareekh” (2/1/270) and graded as “Saheeh li ghairihee” by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Saheehah (2639)]


20) From Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “The son of Aadam does not perform a better deed than the prayer, and reconciling between two parties, and good manners”

[al-Bukhaaree in “al-Taareekh” (1/1/63) and graded as “Hasan” by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Saheehah (1448)]
